Counselors at Pathfinder are carefully interviewed and screened by the directors. Staff is required to have yearly background checks and provide references.

Staff Training: A training program is mandatory for staff precamp. The training includes a psycholocial and behavior management seminar lead by a trained psychologist. The training program is designed to help staff understand each camper as an individual.

Our staff continually exemplifies the same values that we, as directors, hold ourselves to. Working at Pathfinder Country Day Camp offers the opportunity to make friends, have fun and change lives. We take pride in enlisting the best counselors, lifeguards and staff members.
